How to use the countdown timer
Tap one of the quick buttons to start a 1 to 60 minute countdown immediately, or enter hours, minutes and seconds and press Start. Press Space to pause or resume. When time runs out, a chime plays on repeat and the digits flash until you press Stop.
Accurate even in a background tab
Browsers slow down timers in tabs you are not looking at. This timer keeps track of the real end time instead of counting ticks, and schedules the alarm sound in advance, so it stays on time while you work in another tab. The remaining time also shows in the tab title.
