Paste CSV on the left or JSON on the right and the other side updates. Exports from Excel and Google Sheets work as they are.

How to convert
Paste or open a CSV file and the JSON appears on the right, one object per row with the header row as keys. Turn off First row is the header to get plain arrays instead. To go the other way, paste a JSON array of objects on the right and the CSV is rebuilt with every key as a column. Use the download buttons to save either side.
Tips
Fields in double quotes can contain commas, line breaks and "" (an escaped quote), following RFC 4180.
Auto-detect picks the delimiter that gives the most consistent column count, so semicolon CSVs from European Excel and tab-separated files just work.
Detect numbers turns 42 and 3.14 into numbers, true/false into booleans and empty cells into null. Values with leading zeros such as 007 stay text.
Nested objects in JSON are written to CSV as JSON text. The downloaded CSV includes a BOM so Excel opens accented and CJK text correctly.
