How to play
Swap two neighbouring gems to line up three or more of the same kind in a row or column. Matched gems vanish, the gems above fall into place and new ones drop in from the top. Matches made by falling gems chain into combos, and every combo step raises the score multiplier, up to ×5. Drag a gem towards its neighbour, or tap one gem and then the other. On a keyboard, move the cursor with the arrow keys, press Enter to pick a gem, then press an arrow to swap it that way.
Special gems
Match four in a line to make a striped gem that clears its whole row or column when it goes off. Match in an L or T shape to make a bomb that clears the 3×3 area around it. Match five in a line to make a rainbow orb: swap it with any gem to clear every gem of that colour. Swap two special gems with each other to set both off at once. If no move is left, the board reshuffles by itself, and if you pause for a few seconds a possible move starts to wiggle.
Modes
In 60-second mode, score as much as you can before time runs out. The clock starts with your first swap, and this is the mode on the leaderboard. In 30-move mode there is no clock, so you can take your time and plan big combos. Each mode keeps its own best score in this browser.
