Stack Tower

Tap, click or press Space to drop the sliding block. Land it right on top of the tower to keep it wide — how high can you build?

How to play

A block slides across the top of the tower, alternating between the two directions. Tap the screen, click, or press Space when it lines up with the block below to drop it. The part that hangs over the edge is sliced off and falls away, so the next block is only as wide as what is left. Miss the tower completely and the game ends. Your score is the height of your tower, and the blocks slide a little faster as it grows.

Perfect drops

Land a block almost exactly on the one below and it snaps into place with a flash — no slicing at all. Chain three or more perfect drops in a row and the block starts growing back a little each time, so a careful streak can rescue a tower that has become thin. The colors shift as you climb, so you can see at a glance how far you have come.

Tips

Watch the edge of the moving block rather than its middle, and tap when its edge meets the edge below. The block moves at a steady pace, so find the rhythm and tap a moment early rather than late. When the tower gets thin, slow down and aim for perfect drops to build it back up. Your best height is saved in this browser, and you can post it to the leaderboard.
